The subject of the partnership is a worldwide OEM agreement for the entire dataglobal product suite and the acquisition of certain rights to dataglobal’s data classification platform.

Covata is a leading provider of data protection and collaboration software solutions.
At the center of dataglobal’s solutions is a sophisticated data classification platform that enables real-time analysis of metadata and content across all types of data. It has the platform connectors required for the most significant content service platforms as well as connectors to data, regardless of whether it is stored on-premises, hosted privately and or in public cloud environments.

In addition, dataglobal will provide Covata with training, platform integration and product support over an extended period of time.
