An app for the freshness guarantee
On the road towards digital delivery notes, the content services solution served as the basis for a Zweifel app. It relieves the burden on 140 sales consultants, who carefully check the goods when crisps and snacks are delivered to the retailers to make sure they meet the standards of the “Zweifel fresh service guarantee”. This means that the piece numbers of deliveries can change at short notice. If this happens, the electronic delivery note on the tablet is altered with just one click, and with another click is sent to the central SAP system and the archive – fully audit proof and with the customer’s signature. All staff with authorized access can directly retrieve the information and work with it.
