Task
The customer wanted to establish a B2B shop solution in which the ordering process is digitized and the suppliers can be managed easily via a web-based solution.
Solution
The ordering process and supplier management is completely represented by a workflow solution under dataglobal CS. Various departments are included here. On the one hand, there are departments which have a need for materials – they can make autonomous orders. The purchasing department can also place orders directly with the associated suppliers. The company was able to implement this application independently on its intranet. Only the basic training was required.
