Due to the new law e.g. accounts, which were send by e-mail are relevant for the pre-tax allowance, even if, in contrast to present law, they don’t have a qualified electronic signature or the EDI-process was not utilized. The law isn’t finally passed yet and it is planned that it becomes effective at the beginning of 2012. According to the „Bundesfinazministerium“ the changes apply to the „Umsatzsteuergesetz (UStG)“ (German sales tax law) in July 2011.
